Great example of a Richard D. Wyckoff pattern today. We had a classic “Jumping the Creek” by Professionals just before the Consumer Confidence numbers came out at 9am.
Wyckoff called these breakouts into an uptrend “Jumping the Creek” and breakdowns into a downtrend “Falling Through the Ice”. Very poetic.
